Values Centred Relationship Therapy
I welcome people in all kinds of relationships to consult with me in private sessions and to attend my relationship workshops and I have a particular interest in working with people who are exploring relationship paths less travelled.
In Values Centred Relationship Therapy we make use of a powerful combination of Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Art Therapy to assist you to nourish, protect and repair your connection to yourself and your partner/s. My trauma informed therapeutic lens allows us to consider how attachment styles and past experience might be impacting relationships today.
